Article 1

The Trustee shall apply and distribute the net income and principal of the
trust fund as follows:

1. As long as the Trustor shall live, the Trustee shall pay or apply for
the benefit of the Trustor the entire net income of the trust, quarter
annually or at more frequent intervals.

2. Upon the death of the Trustor, the Trustee shall divide the trust,
including the principal and any undistributes undistributed income, into
six equal parts, to be desiginated herein as Part A, Part B, Part C, PART
D, PART E, AND PART F, and designated for eventual distrbution of one part
to each of the Trustor's two daughters and 4 grandchildren who shall then
be living or to the surviving issue, by right of representation;
providing, however, that the trustee may, in the discretion of the Trustee
first pay out of the total trust funds, any obligations incurred by the
Trustor that are not otherwise provided for.

3. Those parts designated for the Trustor's two daughters, Margaret L.
Finch, nee Samuel and Donna E. Hussain, nee Samuel and for Margaret's two
children, Frank H. Finch III and Lani D. L. Finch shall be distributed at
once.

4. Should Donna's two children have individually reached their 30th year
the parts designated for them shall also be distributed to them.  However,
should one or both of these children not have reached his or her 30th
year the principal for that child is to be held in trust until the 30th
birth day, with the income being paid to them quarterly or at more frequent
intervals.
